Earlier this month we learned of some exciting news for the Hyundai brand. From October 7 through October 9, the Texas Auto Writers Association (TAWA) hosted the 23rd annual Texas Truck Rodeo at Knibbe Ranch in Spring Branch, Texas, near San Antonio. During the event, trucks, SUVs, and crossovers from around the industry, were judged on a variety of metrics, including fuel efficiency, performance, off-road capability, style, and affordability.

In the Full-Size Crossover Utility Vehicle segment, the Santa Fe was up against well-known contenders like the Honda Pilot and Nissan Pathfinder, but when voting came to a close, it was Hyundai's CUV that came out on top. TAWA president, Michael Marrs, had this to say about the result: “Once again, Hyundai has exceeded expectations in the segment to receive this award among an outstanding group of competitors.”

Here at Laurel Hyundai, we're proud to have the new Santa Fe in stock, ready to test drive. If you're in the market for a stylish, well-performing crossover, come see what the award-winning Santa Fe has to offer.
